Sterile cryoprobes up to -196°C
Sterile NEST external and internal threaded cryoprobes up to -196°C, self-storing in 5.0 ml version with graduations accurate to ± 2%, equipped with a clear marking zone, are used for storing all types of cells and tissues, human, animal and also any other biological material. They are primarily recommended for deep-frozen samples placed in low-temperature freezers.
Ideal for storage in harsh environments
The advantage of NEST sterile cryoprobes is their star-shaped base, which allows the tubes to be opened with one hand. The locking cap ensures a snug fit and does not absorb dirt. They have a rubber seal that further protects samples from uncontrolled leakage during freezing and after thawing. Sterile external and internal threaded cryoprobes are ideal for storage under the harsh conditions generated by the gas phase above liquid nitrogen, ie. temperature of -196 ° C. During its lifetime, the cryoprobes guarantee gas tightness. When removing vials from the cryogenic storage system, proper equipment and safety procedures must be used to ensure that the user receives high quality testing.
