Precision & Efficiency
Biologix sterile loops and microbiology needles are the best solution in laboratory equipment in any microbiology laboratory. Microbial loops are designed to work with a wide range of cell and microbial cultures, providing the best possible results. Sterile loops and microbiological needles are created with optimal rigidity and consistent dimensions, made of the highest quality plastic to ensure comfortable, ergonomic work. They are distinguished by their ultra-smoothness when collecting cells.
Sterile loops and microbial needles are extremely important tools in the field of microbiology. These laboratory tools are characterized by precision and efficiency, which makes them irreplaceable when performing a variety of microbiological tests and analyses.
Sterility & Safety
Loops and needles are available in sterile form, which is extremely important in microbiology, where avoiding contamination is crucial. The described microbiological diagnostic materials undergo rigorous sterilization processes such as UV radiation or autoclaving to ensure the purity and safety of the samples.
Reliability of Ez and Needles
Biologix products are known for their high-quality workmanship. The loops and needles are made of durable materials that are resistant to chemicals and microorganisms. As a result, they ensure reliability and long-term use. Biologix pays attention to the user’s convenience. The loops are contoured to provide a comfortable and secure grip, making it easy to manipulate microbiological samples. The ergonomic design prevents hand fatigue during prolonged work in the laboratory.

APPLICATIONS
- Microorganism Sampling: Inoculating Loops are used to collect precise amounts of microorganisms from bacterial cultures, yeast cultures, agar plates, and other sources. This allows scientists to transfer microorganisms from one container to another for further study, identification, or culture.
- Microorganism Screening: Inoculating Loops are also used to screen microorganisms on agar media. Scientists can apply a sample of microorganisms to the surface of the agar, forming uniform colonies of microorganisms, which can then be analyzed for phenotypic or genetic characteristics.
- Preparation of microscopic smears: Inoculating Loops are useful for preparing smears of microorganisms on microscope slides. They can be used to take samples from bacterial culture or yeast cultures and then smear on a slide so that the microorganisms are evenly distributed and can be observed under a microscope.
- Genetic Transfer: In molecular biology, Inoculating Loops are used for gene transfer. For example, they can be used to transfer plasmids that contain a gene of interest into bacterial cells. Inoculating Loops allow for precise transfer and introduction of genetic material into cells, which is important in many genetic experiments.
